FutureFit engaged GuruLink to help with the hiring of some critical hires for their growing team. This included roles such as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, and Product Designer.

Solution
GuruLink provided a Full-Time 40-hour-per-week resource to help with the 5 hires that needed to be made in a 3-month timespan. This was achieved in 2.5 months and additional roles were filled thereafter.
GuruLink’s recruitment team came in and helped create and implement the hiring process which is still being used today.
