Challenges & Requirements
Unbounce came to us, as many of our new client relationships do, as a referral from someone we’ve worked with for well over a decade.
We were first introduced and the end of Oct. 2002 and Unbounce needed to make some challenging hires before year end, specifically a Front-end Engineer, an Engineering Manager and _____________.
To complicate things further they had just lost one of their internal recruiters and their other internal recruiter was going on vacation for 2 weeks.
We we required to fill some challenging roles, very quickly, without the optimal support of the existing internal team for our training and ramp up.
Solution
We ended up proposing and engaging on a Recruiter on Demand model for an 8 week project leading up to the end of the year. The plan was to do the initial 6 weeks at 40 hours per week and then down to 20 hours per week for the last 2 weeks of the project.
We were able to deliver on the mandate in a total of 6 weeks.
Results
- Created marketing collateral for outbound email campaigns
- Identified and recommended ATS optimizations and process automation opportunities
- Sourced XXX Candidate (Max, need help here polease
- Successfully filled 3 difficult to fill roles in 6 weeks, 2 weeks shorter than projected
- Cost-per-hire of $13,051.50
- Total cost savings of $65,845 vs Contingency
- Offer acceptance rate of 100%
- Fill rate of 100%
Testimonial
“Our team partnered with GuruLink to employ a ‘recruiter on demand’ while we were working on finding the right candidates for a few key roles. Working with GuruLink was quick and easy, with open and efficient communication. We really appreciated the transparency and understanding when it came to the best option for us as well as GuruLink’s flexibility around our needs. Max was the recruiter working with us for a little under two months with mostly full-time hours. In that time frame, Max was able to help hire a few new members for our teams. He showed up with a great work ethic, transparent and quick communication, as well as a caring and hands-on attitude. It was great working with him and all our hiring teams really valued his expertise and guidance.”
