Services Models
GuruLink offers services on a variety of different models, and will match each service model to a client’s unique needs. As needs change, clients can move from one model to another in order to manage costs more effectively.
Contingency
In this model, you only pay if, or more often when, we are able to find the right talent for your team. This model results in the highest cost-per-hire of our models but offers the lowest risk. If we are not successful in connecting you with the right talent, there are no fees incurred.
Retained Contingency
This is our retainer model, where there is a monthly retainer fee that is reconciled against reduced contingency placement fees. These retainer fees never expire and can be credited against any placement fee, at any time. This model offers a lower cost-per-hire, and also guarantees a dedicated recruiter focusing an agreed-upon number of hours per week on your searches.
Guru Retained
This is our retainer model, where there is a monthly retainer fee that is reconciled against reduced contingency placement fees. These retainer fees never expire and can be credited against any placement fee, at any time. This model offers a lower cost-per-hire, and also guarantees a dedicated recruiter focusing an agreed-upon number of hours per week on your searches.
Recruiter On-Demand
In this model, you are able to engage GuruLink Talent Acquisition Consultants either full-time or fractionally as an embedded member of your team. This can start at as little as 10 hours per week or multiple full-time resources and can be scaled up and down quickly depending on the volume of requirements. This model offers the lowest cost-per-hire, as any candidates hired under this model do not incur any additional fees beyond the weekly rate.
Hybrid Model
This model is a combination of Recruiter on Demand and Contingency. On this model, we have a GuruLink Talent Acquisition Consultant(s) embedded in your organization while the rest of our team helps to support some of the more difficult searches on a contingency basis with significantly reduced success fees. The cost-per-hire on this model is lower than Contingency or Retained Contingency but higher than Recruiter On-Demand and tends to achieve the fastest time-to-hire.
Hybrid Model
This model is a combination of Recruiter on Demand and Contingency. On this model, we have a GuruLink Talent Acquisition Consultant(s) embedded in your organization while the rest of our team helps to support some of the more difficult searches on a contingency basis with significantly reduced success fees. The cost-per-hire on this model is lower than Contingency or Retained Contingency but higher than Recruiter On-Demand and tends to achieve the fastest time-to-hire.
Guru Pipeline
GuruLink Talent Acquisition Consultants will source, screen and interview a minimum agreed-upon number of candidates. We will provide all candidate resumes, email addresses, phone numbers, screening notes, and any other details to you, which are all accessible via our online portal for the clients to keep and do with as they please. A single Guru Pipeline engagement can often lead to more than one hire!
