How long do I have to sign up for?
You can signup for as little as one 10-hour package to try out the service. Our part-time and full-time models require a minimum 4-week initial commitment and are automatically renewed each month and can be cancelled with just 2 weeks notice.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the amount of time/resources you would like to supplement your team. Our 10-hour sourcing packages start at $995 and less expensive on a per hour basis as you scale up the amount of time/resources.
Do you guarantee results?
We can’t guarantee the quality of hire, but we will drive a higher volume of quality candidates. Our SLA is client and project-specific. We work with stakeholders to set weekly objectives and deliver regular progress reports to keep you abreast of how the searches are progressing.
What kind of reporting do you offer?
We do weekly meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on the search, shift priorities as required and report on candidates sourced, # of outreach, # engaged, candidate screenings, interviews, and offers. We also do monthly retrospectives.
