WCMS Specialist - (Web Experience Management)

Job Description

Maintain responsibility for cross-channel user experience and the development and deployment of consistent, engaging content across the firmís Web, mobile, and marketing automation platforms. Work with team leaders and firm stakeholders to establish digital objectives, enable marketing and communications operations, strategies, and priorities by driving the development of new and updating Web-based projects and experiences to meet goals, personalize content to target audiences, and automate online marketing and campaigns. Manage the development, production, and publication of Web content while considering user experience, engagement trends, and SEO, and develop training programs to enable strategic content creation and self-service authoring in the CMS environment. Organize, manage, and prioritize the content production workflow for, supported by content and production specialists, front-end developers and digital designers, and coordinate with key stakeholders to complete production needs, big and small. Ensure a high level of quality control across all published documents and links across channels and publishing and approving Web content within Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms. Support digital-channel based research, analytics and insights for strategic planning and recommendations, content and channel performance, and progress towards goal achievement.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience in a digital Web operations environment, including managing the production and logistics of enterprise Web sites and digital marketing platforms

-5 years of experience with managing and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Web, e-mail, and social media

-3 years of experience with using front-end coding inHTML5 and CSS3 to develop Web pages and integrating other tools, including analytics, campaigns, and social media tracking codes

-Experience with enterprise content management platforms and applying best practices across digital marketing processes, including Adobe AEM and SiteCore

-Experience with digital analytics programs, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to pull key metrics and terminology

-Experience with managing staff in a multi-tasked, detail- and deadline-oriented team environment

-Ability to leverage a solid, integrated view of digital marketing and production, including Web site design and user experience, content management, and marketing automation

-BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising

Must Have Skills:

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, or Adobe Analytics Cloud suite

-Experience with applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) techniques and integrating tools

-Experience with Agile development methodologies

-Experience with developing training programs around Web-based production and strategies

-Experience with working in a professional services firm, consulting firm, or agency

-Knowledge of enterprise-level marketing, communications, or a related field

-Ability to be a strategic and creative thinker who gathers and applies user or stakeholder data to inform decision-making and recommendations

-Possession of excellent project management skills, including being efficient in managing workload and communicating tasks across the team and juggle a number of projects at the same time

-MA or MS degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising

-Web Design, User Experience, Customer Experience, or Project Management Certifications
