They know that a frictionless design, one the seamlessly manages the enormous complexity of customer interaction and data, is core to their success.

As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you will cover a broad spectrum of User Experience discipline with the following responsibilities:

•Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
•Define, explore and solve complex user problems.
•Develop strong design vision and be a torchbearer for design best practices.
•Create the structure of new features in keeping with the product’s architecture as a whole.
•Collaborate closely with the product and development teams from early concept and wireframing through to shipment.


Must Have Skills:

•You are comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
•You are able to clearly communicate your work to groups or individuals through a variety of mediums.
•You have a deep understanding of all layers of the UX design process. From Scope, personas, job stories, IA and wireframing through to high fidelity prototyping.
•You have experience working in Sketch, Photoshop, and InVision (bonus).
•You have a clean visual style that promotes usability over style.
•You are able to work on many complex moving parts and make them a consistent experience.
•We would love to see examples of how you’ve demonstrated empathy for the user in previous projects.
