Job Description

Our digital product team is growing and we’re looking for a Director, Product Management to join our team. You will build and lead the product management team and drive our digital vision from inception to launch. You will shape a high growth omni-channel organization across all digital properties including online, mobile, app, in-store, as well as back-end order management. You have a passion for delivering experiences that inspire and create joy in each and every interaction

Support the client's goals by executing on short to mid-term departmental goals (1 year)
Maintain a high level of strategic foresight by identifying customer and business needs, and adjusting departmental and team objectives accordingly
Create, own and evangelize the product roadmap across cross-functional teams
Define and drive continuous prioritization based on short-term wins and long-term strategy, analyzing trade-offs and business needs
Define business requirements by managing the team’s collaboration with the user experience (UX), merchandising, operations and marketing business partners
Identify digital solutions and features by understanding the customer needs, industry trends and organizational priorities
Oversee the definition and improvement of key success metrics by leveraging results in future products phases and releases
Identify go-to-market plan, business readiness activities, and communication for each product and feature roll-out
Ensure the execution of team deliverables and adapt team priorities based on changing needs

Set/adhere to team budgets, as applicable
Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all design and decision-making processes
Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for customers
Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
Business modeling to vet Initiatives and rationalize ROI
Foster a culture of defining and tracking product performance metrics, drive continuous improvement and innovation
Accountable for the overall engagement, productivity, turnover and bench strength of the team


Must Have Skills:


5+ of years of progressive experience in product management, technology management or a related discipline
BA in technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering) is required; MBA strongly preferred
Strong background and working experience in eCommerce and/or mobile
Proven track record of driving change and leading agile transformation
Strong ability to deliver initiatives from conception to completion
Demonstrated ability to communicate with and develop effective and collaborative relationships across the organization in pursuit of corporate goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel
Demonstrated customer centricity and a willingness to advocate for the customer at all times
Capacity and experience in working cross-functionally in ways to meet competing priorities and resource constraints
