Gurulink is looking for an ambitious and driven Account Manager/Recruitment Consultant to help service our Vancouver client partners. You are the type of person who is “fearless,” when it comes to prospecting, sourcing, cold calling, and recruiting. You find new and creative ways to get things done.

You love research and most importantly love the “hunt." You are someone who sees the big picture and realizes every “no,” is a learning experience that gets you closer to achieving “yes.”

Must Have Skills:

-Highly motivated individual. You can work autonomously, take strategic direction and don't like micro-management. You are driven to achieve success and are wiling to do what needs to be done, to get the job done. (9-5's need not apply)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (attending Meetups and community events will be required)
-Experience sourcing with ATS, LinkedIn, Job Boards and other creative methods.
-Not afraid to make mistakes and asks questions to improve continuously
-Committed to providing a high level of service
-Able to thrive in a small, dynamic, diverse, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
-Excited about the ever-growing landscape of the tech industry and the opportunity to participate in community events.
