Schedule: Rotating shift 8:30am to 5pm AND 11:30am-8pm

CALL-CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (ENGLISH)

This is NOT a sales position; we are seeking experienced Call-center Customer Service Representatives for an in-bound customer service queue in a high performance and high reward environment. THE ROLE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS TO:
•Provide excellent customer service in an inbound call-center environment
•Maintain client database with updated contact information
•Flexibility and dependability with strong organizational skills
•Capability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team
•Experience in Customer Service or Support preferred
•Handle all aspects of customer service in a professional manner
•Assist in preparing client reports, correspondence and documents as required
•Responding to phone, email questions and inquiries in a professional business manner

Must Have Skills:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•MUST HAVE a minimum 2 years of experience providing customer service in an INBOUND CALL-CENTER environment (please highlight this in your resume)
•MUST HAVE – exceptional communication skills in English (both written and oral)
•University Degree/College Diploma nice to have
•Professional demeanor
